Update: How Compass will support schools through the late December ATAR results release

John de la Motte

In light of the recent announcement by the Victorian Department of Education and Training regarding the release of ATAR results at a later period in December, and following a number of inquiries from schools, we have modified our provision of support over the Christmas and New Year period.

Our Support team will be available by phone, email and LiveChat during the week of the proposed ATAR results release.

On the product side, we will make adjustments to our CASES21 rollover process, meaning that when rollover takes place in December, Year 12 students will not be marked as inactive, allowing schools to continue to communicate, email and interact with Year 12 students and parents and carers.

Please keep your eye on the Compass blog for further updates on how we will be changing our rollover and support processes to accommodate these new release dates.

If you have any questions in the interim, please do not hesitate to contact our team.
