You can use the Chronicle module to record NCCD information by creating your own templates or installing the NCCD templates from Compass Content Marketplace. These templates can then be edited to suit your school’s requirements.

To export NCCD data from Chronicle, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Organisation menu
2. Click on Chronicle
3. On the Dashboard tab, click on ‘Chronicle Reports’
4. Click on ‘Detailed Report’
5. Select the File Format, Report Bounds and NCCD templates and any other relevant fields to export data for
6. Click on ‘Generate Report’

If you're not already using the Chronicle module to record NCCD, get started by installing and using the available NCCD Templates in the Chronicle Content Market Place. Here you will find templates with pre-populated fields that you can edit accordingly to fit the needs of your school and the information you are looking to record.

To install NCCD Templates from the Content Market Place in Chronicle, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Organisation menu
2. Click on Chronicle
3. Go to the ‘Administration’ tab
4. Go to the ‘Templates’ tab
5. Click on ‘Compass Content’
6. Click on the NCCD Templates and press the green ‘Install’ button

Once you have installed the available NCCD Templates, click back to the ‘Templates’ tab and select the edit pencil to edit the template and add any fields you have created specifically for recording NCCD information.
