Class Details Export
A teacher’s class details, which includes their schedule, class lists, teacher notes, lesson plans and rolls, can now be downloaded directly from the teacher’s schedule.
This is especially helpful for schools that need to share schedule and class information with replacement or support teachers who may not have access to Compass. The export ensures they can still receive essential details about the classes they are covering and the students enrolled.
To download a teacher’s class details:
> Search for the teacher’s name in the search bar
> Click on the ‘Schedule’ tab
> Click on ‘Download Class Details’
> Select the start and finish dates and the information to be included in the export

These enhancements are currently unavailable for CEnet and WA Government schools. Where applicable, they are expected to be rolled out soon. For further information, please contact your relevant representative.

For Parents: How to view your child’s Semester Report
We’ve added a new how-to video to help parents stay up to date with their child’s academic progress. The video walks through how to easily access Semester Reports in the Compass app— making it simpler than ever to stay informed and involved.
Tip: How to see parent Semester Report views
If you’ve published your Semester Reports to parents, you can download the ‘Report View Count Statistics’ report to see whether parents have viewed their child’s report. This is a helpful way to gain insight into parent engagement at your school.
The Report View Statistics report includes report downloads via the app and web browser.
