Below you’ll find some of our latest updates to Rubrics, Semester Reports, the Calendar and Chronicle Reports.
Download and Print Rubrics
Teachers can now download and print assessment rubrics that include student results and are blank. This update supports classroom teaching by making it easier to share feedback in a physical format, whether for student review, one-on-one discussions, or as a printed resource to assist with tasks in class.
Rubrics can be downloaded in bulk or individually.
Download rubrics in bulk
- Click into the Learning Task
- Click on the ‘Detailed Results’ tab
- Click on ‘Actions’
- Click on ‘Download Bulk Rubric Results’
You will then need to choose the download settings and click on ‘Download’. The Rubrics will then download onto your device.
Download an individual rubric
- Click into the Learning Task
- Click on the ‘Detailed Results’ tab
- Click on the student’s name
- In the Grading section, click on the rubric
- Click on the ‘Download’ button and choose the page orientation
The rubric will then download onto your device as a PDF file.

Import Comments from Previous Semester Report Cycles
Semester Report Administrators can now import comments from previous reporting cycles. This is especially helpful and time-saving for Specialist Schools, where students’ goals may remain the same across reporting cycles.
Key Features
- This update only applies to comment Report Elements types.
- Students will need to exist in both cycles for their previous comments to import
- Subjects will need to have matching names in both cycles for previous comments to import
- Comment items will be appended to the Subjects in the cycle being imported to

Publish Calendar Layers to Future Parents
Calendar Layers can now be published to future parents. This ensures your school’s future parents can stay informed of important dates and upcoming activities.

Filter Chronicle Reports by Faculty and Incident Roles
When downloading Chronicle Reports and Letters, you can now filter by Faculty/KLA and Incident Roles. This allows Faculty Managers to quickly view entries associated with the faculties and subjects they manage, and enables Wellbeing Leaders to easily generate reports based on the roles students played in recorded incidents.
