The Australian Immunisation Register has undergone some changes and we are updating Compass for schools in accordance with these changes.

This update to your Compass portal will allow you to easily track and manage the school's immunisations in an accurate manner.

Immunisation information can be managed through a user's People Management profile under the ‘medical’ tab.

Here are some of the changes you will notice:

• The ability to add combination immunisations for vaccines that are given in one shot. For example: MMR can be added once, and will be recorded as Measles, Mumps and Rubella. This is only applicable for People Management schools, as external SIS may overwrite this information.

• New options in the Immunisation ‘Record Status’ field (fig 1), and the ‘Status’ field on individual immunisation entries (fig 2).
  If your school uses an external SIS, the old Aus Gov standard statuses will map to the new ones.

• We’ve also added two new sub-menus at the top of the Exports & Stats list called “Medical & Immunisation” (fig 3) and “Address Data” (fig 4). Some existing reports will be moved to these sub-menus, as well as the addition of two new reports "Immunisation Detail Export” and "Not Fully Immunised Export”.
  These reports can be used by all Australian schools.
