While you enjoy a well-earned break, help will still be on hand

It has not been an easy year for anybody, and we hope that you have a peaceful and relaxing break over the Christmas and New Year period. As a business we felt that our staff would benefit from a slightly longer break than usual, ensuring that everybody is well-rested in time for Term One, 2021. However the help and support we're committed to providing will still be on hand in case you need it.

What does this mean for you as a customer?

The majority of our Support and Customer Success team member will be recognising the period of Monday 21st December 2020 through to Friday 8th January 2021 as time off, however our resourcing will reflect the demands of our school communities and we will ensure that there is always someone available to answer your queries, big or small, should you have any.

During this time, our online chat function will be operational for quick questions, however please continue to use for any urgent inquiries. Responses may be delayed, but our reduced team will review all incoming inquiries and respond as soon as possible. If you need to speak to somebody directly, our phone lines will also be functioning and a member of the team will assist you.

From Monday 11th January 2021 our teams will be ramping up to resume full capacity by Monday 18th January, just in time to begin supporting you as you get ready for a busy Term One.
