Yes. While you’re still paying for another MIS, you won’t pay for Compass. Full access, zero overlap.

2. Do we need to commit before we can try it?

Yes, schools will sign an agreement to access Compass with their real data. However, billing won’t begin until your current MIS contract ends. This approach gives your team full access and support, without overlapping costs.

3. How long does migration take?

That depends on your school’s schedule, resources and commitment. We’ll build a plan around your capacity and key dates. It can be anywhere from 1 month to 6 months, up until your current MIS contract ends.

4. What support do we get during migration?

You’ll have a dedicated onboarding team managing the process, training your staff, and supporting setup. Onboarding portal. 

5. Can this work for a Trust or multi-school setup?

Yes. The Choice Commitment is available for both individual schools and multi-academy trusts, with migration plans shaped to fit your structure.
