For schools using the Schedule Builder to generate your Classes and Timetable, you can now assign more than one teacher to a session.
This is a feature we will need to enable in your school’s portal. If you would like this feature enabled for your Schedule Builder, please reach out to our lovely Support team.
To assign more than one teacher to a session in your Schedule Builder:
> Go to the Pencil icon
> Subjects and Classes
> Schedule Builder tab
> Click on your Schedule Builder template
> Timetable tab
> Click on a session
> Add the names of the teachers by selecting their name and clicking the green plus add button
> Update your timetable by clicking on ‘Save and Generate’
