Welcome to week 4 of the Compass Countdown! We hope you’ve been enjoying the recent product launches. This week, our focus is on communication with two new product updates. Get ready to see an enhanced Communication Log on parent and student profiles as well as the addition of photos to the Phone Directory.
Communication Log
Get connected and stay on top of your school communications with the enhanced Communication Log! With the ability to efficiently locate and view the content of sent communications, staff with the CommunicationsAdmin permission can now easily keep track of all email and Push/SMS communications sent to students and parents through Compass.
Only communications sent after this feature has been released to your school’s Compass portal will appear under the Communications tab.
Available in VIC, NSW, QLD, NT, SA and WA Independent Schools

Enhanced Phone Directory
This week you’ll notice the addition of staff photos in the Phone Extension Directory alongside their contact information! This simple but effective update is a visual enhancement and a practical tool that significantly aids in recognising and connecting with colleagues across your school. Say goodbye to the confusion of who’s who and embrace a more personal and interactive way of communication within Compass.
