Attendee Grouping in Event Rolls
Marking the roll for large events just got easier! Event rolls can now be split into groups, allowing staff to mark their assigned students simultaneously. Perfect for assemblies, excursions, sports days, and any event where you’ve got a big cohort split across multiple staff.
Simply assign the group of students to the relevant staff member, allowing them to mark their sections of the roll as needed.
Available in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, NT & WA Independent schools
Emergency Roll Marking
Emergency roll marking is now built straight into Compass! For those moments where efficiency is paramount, schools can account for every student quickly, with multiple staff marking their section of the roll simultaneously and leadership getting a real-time view of who’s safely accounted for.
When running the Emergency export, select Create Event, and an event will be generated with the students automatically grouped into the required sections (Form Group, Year Level, etc) to be easily marked off by staff.
