The Education Business System (EBS) is being decommissioned by The NSW Department of Education (DoE). As a result, Compass will replace most of the functionality you historically completed in EBS, and take over responsibility of syncing that information back to ERN and other DoE systems.

- EBS decommission – Friday May 17
- Compass EBS replacement functionality go live – Monday May 20

New source of truth for EBS Decommissioned Schools

Only change is that staff mobile no longer syncs to Compass; enter this manually in their Compass People Management profile if you wish to record it.
