New CSV Export Functionality for Master Learning Tasks
We’ve created a new CSV export for Master Learning Tasks, giving you a clear and efficient way to track which subjects a Master Learning Task has been pushed to. This enhancement allows you to quickly identify any tasks assigned to the wrong subject and spot any outstanding tasks that still need to be pushed.
Enhanced Filtering for “Send Parent Login Emails” Modal
We’ve added two new additional filter options that are available when sending parent login emails: ‘Send to filtered parents’ and ‘Send to filtered parents who have never logged in to Compass’.
These new options are useful when sending login emails to your future parents, as you can quickly filter for future parents and ensure all parents are included. You can also follow up with the same group of parents, however, target those who have not yet logged in, helping you engage effectively with your parents and get them logged into Compass!
Coming Soon: Financial Management Uplift
The upgraded Financial Management module now features an automatic one-way sync for accounts, creditors, and sub-programs from CASES21, eliminating the need for manual imports whenever updates are required.
Our Financial Management bundle includes two powerful modules that enable staff to generate Purchase Orders and Budget Requests directly within Compass, streamlining the approval process in one centralized platform.
Once approved by the Business Manager, staff can seamlessly issue purchase orders to the relevant creditor. The Budgets module ensures financial stability by keeping budgets balanced within a secure, integrated system while also introducing key efficiencies:
- Submit purchase order requests through a structured two-stage approval process.
- Create and manage sub-programs with designated managers who can submit budget requests.
- Benefit from an automatic, one-way sync of accounts, creditors, and sub-programs, eliminating the need for manual imports whenever updates are required.
- Seamlessly integrate with CASES21 to keep financial data accurate and up to date.

Update the users in Custom Groups from Insights & Adding Volunteers from a Custom Group
We’re excited to introduce two powerful updates that enhance automation and efficiency within Compass. The first update enables custom groups to be dynamically updated based on responses to an Insights question. This means that when someone answers a question in Insights, their response can automatically determine whether they are added to or removed from a custom group—eliminating the need for manual adjustments.
The second update simplifies event volunteer management by allowing parents to be added as volunteers based on custom groups. Now, schools can effortlessly invite parents to participate in events relevant to their children, making volunteer coordination more seamless and efficient than ever before.
