Below you’ll find some of our latest product updates, including the ability to make Working With Children’s Checks mandatory on the Kiosk for visitor sign-ins, cancel or send scheduled emails from Email Management, and the new Chronicle ‘Detailed Field Export’.
Mandatory WWCC on the Kiosk
Schools can now require visitors to enter a Working With Children Check (WWCC) when signing in via the Kiosk. This option can be enabled or disabled by your school to align with your regulations and policies.
When enabled, the WWCC field becomes mandatory, and visitors are no longer able to skip this step when signing in.
To enable this setting on your school’s Kiosk, go to the:
- Cog icon (Tools menu)
- Click on ‘Administration Tools’
- Click on ‘Client Manager’
- Edit the Kiosk to open the Kiosk Client Settings
- Click on the ‘Visitors’ tab
- Turn on ‘WWCC Entry Mandatory’
Cancel or Send Scheduled Emails from Email Management
Schools can now cancel scheduled emails or send them immediately from the Email Management module. This update gives school administrators greater control over scheduled communications, reduces the risk of incorrect emails being sent, and helps ensure messages are delivered accurately.
New Chronicle ‘Detailed Field Export’
Schools can now generate a ‘Detailed Field Report’, where each field in a template is displayed in its own column. This gives your school an easy way to export the data entered into each field and clearly view the information entered across a large number of entries.
